Value-Add Committee
Mandate: Value-add Committee is a new committee established for the purpose of creating membership value regarding membership retention and prospecting. The committee will also be responsible for reviewing and recommending all opportunities available as value-add to the membership.
Primary Objectives:
- To increase membership, primarily with retailers (advertisers)
Secondary Objectives:
- Increase retail representation at Board level.
Action items to consider:
- Events, research papers, educational components and membership rates.
