On June 3, 2009, the Flyer Distribution Standards Association held their Annual General Meeting during Retail Council of Canada's STORE 2009 Conference, wherein the association's members elected the 2009/2010 Board of Directors.

The new Board of Directors will have 19 members representing four classes of FDSA members: Advertisers, Distributors, Logistics and Media Managers.

The 2009/2010 Board of Directors are:
